Dan Dee is the leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of seasonal plush and decor, as well as a market leader in animated plush (plush animals or characters that move and/or sing) and pet toys. Founded in 1954, Dan Dee has established a reputation for developing products that are freshly designed, innovative, high-quality, popular and attractive, with excellent sell-thru at retail.
Our customers include many of North America's leading mass retailers, food and drug chains, and specialty store chains, who depend on our proven ability to reliably deliver large quantities of merchandise and complete programs to meet tight seasonal window requirements.
Dan Dee designs all of its own products. With a team of over 150 designers and over 60,000 copyrighted patterns, we have the capability to supply each of our customers with unique product which differentiates them from competitors. We have the expertise required to create and execute complex multi-SKU programs with multiple components, licensed brands and copyrighted music in-house.

Four groups of pattern makers
There are also four groups of pattern makers who cut, sew, stuff, and apply embroidery or piping. Another operation stuffs products, as fiber goes through two stages of fluffing before stuffing. There are rooms for silk-screening, sculpting, resin pottery baking, printing/packaging, and (temperature-controlled) candy storage.
